At Roncho's

Recording · Mixing · Mastering · Producing

I've worked with numerous artists and musicians around the world, creating original sonic textures from both the digital and analog domains.

I'm in the box all the time, and I like it. This way I can concentrate on the creation, emotion and science of music.

Questions

How does remote mixing work?

You upload your tracks via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive. I mix your song in my studio, then send you the result for review. You can request revisions until you're satisfied. The entire process happens online.

What files do I need to send?

For mixing: individual stems exported from your DAW (WAV or AIFF, 24-bit preferred). For mastering: a stereo mix file (WAV, 24-bit, with at least 3dB of headroom). Not sure? Just ask.

What's the difference between mixing and mastering?

Mixing is balancing all individual tracks into a polished stereo mix. Mastering is the final step — optimizing for loudness, clarity, and consistency across all playback systems. Most songs benefit from both.

How long does it take?

3–5 business days per song. Rush delivery is available. Albums typically deliver within 2–3 weeks.

Do you work with all genres?

Yes. I've mixed and mastered everything from hip hop and pop to rock, electronic, folk, and R&B.

What DAW do you use?

Pro Tools. But you can send tracks exported from any DAW — Logic, Ableton, FL Studio, Cubase, etc.
